Hand-built black stoneware with linen lampshade
45 × 25 × 14 cm (H × W × D)
The lamp was created through an intuitive process, testing the limits of the material through its own weight during drying and firing.
Anja Rohner is a Berlin based artist who works with furniture and objects. Her practice focuses on ceramics, wood, and metal, combining hands-on studio work with collaborative making.
She develops functional objects alongside sculptural experiments, with a strong interest in material processes, prototyping, and building things through making. Her work explores how design ideas become physical forms, by questioning and reworking conventional material processing.
